I’ve been quiet here for a while. Not for lack of doing things - actually the opposite.

Between work (embedded systems engineering), school (WGU CS), and side projects, I’ve been building constantly but not documenting much. The Gaggiuino mod consumed most of my spare time - rewiring my Gaggia Classic Pro with a microcontroller for better espresso extraction. First time doing hardware work at that level, learned a ton.

I’m rethinking my approach to time management and project documentation. Been so focused on doing that I haven’t been capturing what I’m learning along the way. That’s a mistake - writing helps me process, and it might help others working through similar problems.

Planning to post a proper Gaggiuino retrospective with photos soon. What worked, what didn’t, what I’d do differently. The kind of post I wish I’d had when I started.
